Cabin Layout "Saucy Sally" - (Deluxe Version)

These images are of Saucy Sally's very classy interior with top notch material and flawless workmanship.  It's an example of the "deluxe interior" of a SJ23 that Clark sold.  It has loads of extra teak trim in the cabin.  All cupboard doors slide so nothing can fall out.  The space above the settee shelf is closed off at the ends to hide the toe rail bolts.  Saucy Sally also has the companion way galley that the majority of SJ23s came with, albeit finished in teak.  The propane stove you see is a portable camping style and was later replaced with a marine alcohol version.  The exterior is the same as all other SJ23s.

HISTORY - The galley was fabricated as a subassembly from a cabinet subcontractor.  The polyethylene tank, sink, pump and Tygon tubing was added by the Clarks in their shop and installed in each boat as a removable unit.  Remove the mounting screws and the entire unit can easily be removed.

Ralph Fuches sold Saucy Sally to Roy Knowles with myself as witness.  Roy sailed her on Okanagan Lake, BC and sold it in 2024.   Bob S.
